Refund Right

Payments made for the Audpad plan can be refunded within 30 days of the payment date. You may request a full refund within this period without any obligation.

Refund Conditions

  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of the payment date.
  • You can submit a request via the contact page or our support email.
  • Refund is processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your request.
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used.

  3. 3.Include the email address on your account and the payment date.
  4. 4.A confirmation email will be sent after your request is received.
  5. 5.The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of the confirmation.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests made after the 30-day refund period.
  • Repeated refund requests.
  • Requests suspected of fraud.
