Payments made for the Audpad plan can be refunded within 30 days of the payment date. You may request a full refund within this period without any obligation.
Refund Conditions
- Refund request must be made within 30 days of the payment date.

- Refund is processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your request.
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used.

- 2.Set the subject line to "Refund Request".
- 3.Include the email address on your account and the payment date.
- 4.A confirmation email will be sent after your request is received.
- 5.The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of the confirmation.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after the 30-day refund period.
- Repeated refund requests.
- Requests suspected of fraud.
