Terms of Service

By accessing or using Audpad ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Audpad is a web-based soundboard platform that allows users to create, manage, and play back sound buttons. The Service is available in two plans:

• Free plan: limited to 1 soundboard and 3 sound buttons.
• Pro plan: unlimited soundboards and sound buttons, available via a one-time payment.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload, store, or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.

All content, code, and assets belonging to Audpad are the exclusive property of Audpad. Users retain ownership of the audio files and content they upload. By uploading content, you grant Audpad a limited license to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Pro plan is available for a one-time payment. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed securely via PayTR.
• The Pro plan grants lifetime access to all premium features at the time of purchase.
• Refunds are available within 30 days of payment. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Audpad reserves the right to modify feature availability with reasonable notice.

Audpad reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked immediately.
• Your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• No refund will be issued for unused portions of the Pro plan unless within the 30-day refund window.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Audpad does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audpad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
