Return Policy

General Return Rules

Audpad is a digital service. Since the service is delivered immediately upon payment, standard product returns do not apply. However, if you experience issues with the service, please contact us.

In Case of Technical Issues

If you encounter a technical problem while using Audpad:

  1. 1.Contact us via the contact page, describing the issue in detail.
  2. 2.A diagnosis and resolution process will be initiated.
  3. 3.If the issue cannot be resolved, your refund request will be evaluated.

Initiating a Refund Request

  • You can request a refund within 30 days of the payment date.
  • Contact us via the contact page.
  • Include the payment date and the email address on your account.

Return Request Processing

  1. 1.A confirmation email will be sent after your request is received.
  2. 2.Your request will be reviewed and verified.
  3. 3.Once approved, the refund process will be initiated.
  4. 4.Refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.

Return Period

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment.
  • Requests after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests made after the 30-day period.
  • Cases where the service was fully used before requesting a refund.
  • Requests suspected of fraud.
